One of my major goals is to travel to as many different beaches as possible in my lifetime. What does this have to do with fitness? Well, it is more enjoyable when you look and feel good in your swimsuit. It is the simple things in life that make me happy. Give me a sunny beach, a beach towel, and a cold beer and I’m good.
