I have better muscle
I have better muscle tone now then I did when I was 25. I have thought about this in detail and now I know precisely why this is occurring. In my post, How to Gain Strength Without Excess Size, I speak about working each body part often due to the fact that if you contract a muscle often enough, it remains "partially contracted, even when you are entirely relaxed". This is what causes muscle tone. Exercise consistently for 15+ years and you will see a brand-new level of muscle tone!
