In 1999, Pavel Tsatsouline composes and publishes the book Power to the People. This, in my viewpoint, is the best description of how a muscle gets toned, how strength and how size is gained. I give this book my highest recommendation. I LIKE the fact that this was composed by a master fitness instructor from the former Soviet Union.
