The ketogenic diet plan has surged in appeal the last 2-3 years. I can tell when a diet has actually become mainstream when my family members, who understand very little about dieting and nutrition, ask me about it. I have been friends with some of the larger names in the Paleo movement since 2007. They are responsible for making the ketogenic diet popular. I understand all the science behind the keto movement, but I'm worried about health issues that will occur over the long term.
