Back in 2010, I composed an article on my old blog site about an interesting new research study on fat loss. This study compared fat loss differences between people at various physical fitness levels (determined by VO2 Max). The finding was that those with a greater VO2 Max burned more fat and got more out of exercising than individuals who were less fit. Aerobically healthy individuals have a simpler time burning body fat. You do not need to stick to traditional cardio to increase VO2 Max.
