With the popularity of the ketogenic diet plan, the basic population now thinks that carbs make us fat. The paradox is that the body rarely transforms carbs to fat. Excess carbohydrates get kept as glycogen in the muscle and the excess fat you eat gets stored as body fat. So why are carbohydrates to blame for making us fat?
