I have trained with a few of my girlfriends in the past and basically each and every single one of them could destroy me when it pertained to core work. A great deal of ladies are monsters when it comes to ab training. If you are in doubt, go to Youtube and try some of these ab workouts. Here's a video of a young woman doing 10 minutes of non-stop ab work. It is no wonder why she has killer abs.
