Weight loss should be simple. It certainly looks simple on paper. What inconvenient is the reality that we tend to over complicate things. The human mind develops all sorts of concepts that appear legitimate at the time however are actually just reasons to avoid change. My objective in this post is to call out the common lame excuses that get in the way of hitting weight loss objectives. I don't want this to be some generic boring post. Let's dig deep into excuses.
