It is hard for anybody to predict the leading exercises for an individual because we are all built in a different way. An exercise that feels excellent to you, might do nothing for me. Take bent over barbell rows for example: I can't for the life of me feel it working my back at all, yet everybody suggests that this as the so-called-- King of Back Exercises. One arm dumbbell rows, on the other hand, work great for me.
