In my everyday life, I see numerous examples of people who are simply a little overweight. In fact, I would think that a minimum of 1/3 of the people I know who are over the age of 50 fit into this classification. I have actually discovered a few studies that reveal that being obese boosts the danger for several dangerous diseases.
