In my everyday life, I see numerous examples of people who are simply a little overweight. In fact, I would think that a minimum of 1/3 of the people I know who are over the age of 50 fit into this classification. I have actually discovered a few studies that reveal that being obese boosts the danger for several dangerous diseases. Even if you eat well and workout and do everything you are supposed to do, things can go wrong.
