With the appeal of the ketogenic diet plan, the basic population now believes that carbohydrates make us fat. The paradox is that the body hardly ever converts carbs to fat. Excess carbs get kept as glycogen in the muscle and the excess fat you eat gets saved as body fat. So why are carbohydrates to blame for making us fat?
