Slimming down, or lo

Slimming down, or losing fat is always being discussed, but never losing muscle. Isn't as much muscle as possible supposed to be acquired? People constantly seem to view losing muscle mass in an unfavorable light. Really, by following what the mainstream media states, getting muscle is better than losing muscle but is that always the case? Nine years back, I lost over 20 pounds of muscle. I spent over 12 years attempting to get as huge as I could through working out.
