Losing fat is simple but not easy. If it were simple, then there would be a lot more lean people in our society. What is standing in the way for many people to get the body they prefer? Here's a video describing why good guidance at the incorrect time can undermine your fat loss efforts. I think a great deal of people will stick to a fat loss program for a longer period of time if they see immediate outcomes.
