Are You Training Your Body to Anticipate Food Every Couple of Hours? I swear it is the case that if I eat a big meal in the early morning, I crave food all day. It is a weird thing for sure. If I skip breakfast or have a light breakfast with just a bit of fruit, it is a lot easier for me to adhere to a clean diet plan. What is even crazier is that if I eat all day on a certain day, I crave food in a huge way the following day.
